Residents are so unhappy with the service, their master homeowners association, which is controlled by Engle Homes, sued Century to terminate the contract. While some of our favourite trails like Indian were closed due to high water, the rest were great; recent rains having made the sand harder &amp; easier to ride. </p> <p> However, our exercise endorphin highs were plunged low when we saw that the person who was parked on our right had smashed into our bike rack when they left, rendering the front wheel holder useless. And of course no note was to be found taking responsibility for the damage.
