OK, lets build those high speed railways.
How about a light rail from Clearwater Beach, to the Phillies lot north of Drew St, to St. Pete/Clwr Airport, to Tampa Airport, to the Amtrack Station in Tampa as a regional line?
Better yet, have PSTA and HART buses go to the Airports. The employees and light travelers would have a choice. Less traffic and parking needs, but will the airport loose all the fees it charges taxis and shuttles? If the airport is a “Transportation Hub for the Common Man”, why is it not on a bus route? politics and money?
