“They put up a tarp and they used to record porn movies. They used to tell my kids to get out. You know, cause they had to record stuff in the back, girls running around,” said Ortiz.

Deputies say that Kobak used the Internet to lure in customers.

The second story in this link is has some not so nice language, but he does bring up a couple of good points.

Beyond that, there’s nothing funny about this story. See, part of the lure engaging in uh, “deviant” sexual activities is that you are willfully transgressing your own (more or les) well established personal boundaries. Taking advantage of someone who, because of mental illness, doesn’t have a clear sense of his or her own boundaries is just grossly craven, disgusting, weak and inhuman.

The other thing that’s not funny about this whole situation is that Andrew “Lunchbox” Kobak had done this before. He lured a mentally-disabled 19-year-old woman from Illinois to Florida and tried the whole Master routine on her, and was ultimately charged with all kinds of things, not the least of which was lewd or “lascivious acts on a disabled person.”

Somehow, the case was dismissed, and all record of it has vanished. This is because Florida law allows for arrest records to be purged if the arrest was deemed unwarranted.

And people wonder why Florida seems to have become a haven for sex offenders. I mean, seriously.

The 19-year-old mentally disabled woman left Illinois to come here for a sexual encounter that she tried to stop after it started, Largo police say.

LARGO - Police have arrested a Largo man on charges he sexually abused a mentally disabled woman from Illinois after luring her here over the Internet.

Police said Andrew M. Kobak, 31, met the 19-year-old woman in an alternative lifestyle chat room Nov. 1. They talked on the phone the day after and Kobak bought her a bus ticket to Florida, police said.

Police said Kobak, who is involved in sadism and masochism activities, was bringing the woman to Largo for a sexual encounter. The woman left Illinois the next day and arrived in Largo.

Police said Kobak, who lives alone, kept the woman, who suffers from depression and borderline personality disorder, in his home for 60 hours. He threatened to tell her parents what happened if she left. He also threatened to inject her with a drug if she tried to flee, Burke said.

“There were enough threats made that she didn’t feel free to leave,” the officer said.

Kobak also gave the victim the impression he was a police officer. In fact, Largo police have been aware of Kobak for some time because they suspected he was impersonating police officers.

He got away with this!  WOW!

In the trunk they found rope, flares, handcuffs and a bag of oregano. Kobak, who works for a company that outfits police cars, told officers he had wanted to play a prank on some friends by pretending the oregano was marijuana, police records state.

Police didn’t charge Kobak with impersonating an officer, but did arrest him on charges of driving with a suspended license. He was awaiting trial on those charges when, police say, he met the Illinois woman online.

He wasn’t charged with impersonating an officer.  Why not?

“She had a lot of stuff done to her in 60 hours,” Burke said. “He’s looking at some major charges. She realizes that she was duped and lured by this monster to Florida and just wants to get on with her life. But she doesn’t want him to do it to anyone else.”

Unfortunately, he did do this again.

If this isn’t laughed out of court, it should be. A Pasco County photographer was arrested -AGAIN! - for charges that either don’t exist or cannot be prosecuted.

The behavior of consenting adults has again come under fire from Pasco authorities. Andrew Michael Kobak of Seductive Modeling.com met a prospective model on the Internet and invited her into his home. Mr Kobak shoots nude stills (like I do) and video porn (I don’t).

I thought he said he was disabled when he was arrested.  Can’t believe him, apparently.

As far as the “Slave Contract” a good lawyer would say it is about as legally significant as a comic strip from a bubble gum wrapper. And this is why Pasco County did the Chris Hanson thing of MSMBC to catch a predator!? She was of legal age. She was 19. It really does end there. Sorry Pasco. This will be thrown out like all the other cases. Please stop arresting innocent people who have not committed crimes. We have rights in this country. It isn’t the same ALLIE. I found another site, the one in his pictures on Myspace and he claims this ALLIE is a 23 year old flight attendant.  I really don’t think that is the case though. 

I was flying out to Ft. Lauderdale from Tampa and Allie was one of the flight attendants on board. I was updating my website with my laptop and she told me that I’d have to stop so that the other passengers wouldn’t get offended. She came back around about 30 minutes later and asked me..."are you being a good boy and not looking at naked girls”? LOL!

Yes..your right he commited a crime. My point however does not lie with that..my point is that the relationship that they have..and the way that it is viewed is horrible. I am a part of a Master and slave relationship, and have been in my collar for three months. I however like most of you will say do not have a mental illness, I am actually quite healthy.

His contract was a bit extreme, yes but some..consent to that. Some live that lifestyle..and in my opinoun are not sick for that. If it is safe, sane, and consentual then it is no one’s business what happens behind their closed bedroom doors.

It makes me sad that there are so many closed minded people out there that are going to call me sick for my choice of living..in all honesty it is people like Ally and “Master” Drew...oh god and I use the term Master VERY losely when discribing him..that give people in the lifestyle a bad name. Seriously!

My Master is a caring, loving man and I am quite happy with him..and for this to come to light I am saddened by it, because in all honesty it makes my relationship look bad in the public eye. Not that I care what others think or say about me, it only matters what Master thinks. Thanks muchly for listening.

OH REALLY???  Most of US have mental illness?  That is completely laughable.  Do you know about your MASTERS past?  Being suspect in a murder and luring mentally handicapped females to his house does not sound like a caring, loving man.  It sounds like a BEAST to me.  It isn’t about your lifestyle, it about this beast victimizing young women, and his checkered past.

OK, so I did misread your post.  I am not going to go in to a debate about the mental health issue. 

This isn’t about educating people on the S&M lifestyle, many of us know about it.  This is about the beast that has harmed people.  If you wouldn’t come in here bragging about your lifestyle, or do it in public, nobody would know.  What goes on behind closed doors is supposed to stay there, isn’t it?  So, don’t go public with your lifestyle then you have no worries.  It’s that easy.

We aren’t that stupid to think that there aren’t others out there, we understand that.  This is about MASTER DREW, and frankly CARA, I don’t care what YOUR lifestyle is, until YOU hit the papers for doing something as horrific as this.  I am not saying that you will, but one never knows. 

You kind of remind me of another poster that posted earlier in this thread.
