bottom line is that I,and many others made good money when republicans are not in office, and we had offices open with proper funding that take care of the elderly and sick and homeless, all the republicans do is knock down the middle class, and kill the programs that help the needy. see you at the polls in 2008, universal health care in 2009, anymore homo republicans out there that need to step down??
Unfortunately, this is why we can’t give the democrats too much power. They are unable to state a case without throwing slurs. During the last decmocratic rule, my five year old came home and nearly knocked me over with “Mom...Why is President Clinton having sex with another woman if he is married?”
How many democrats have been arrested in the state of Florida for Child Pornography and abuse? John Couey? What is his political affiliation?
Perhaps the socialist views of Hillary Clinton will lead us into a Nazi regime.
Rather, let’s put the party affiliations aside here, grow up and drop the slurs. Personally, I don’t want to return to the days where we hand weapons to terrorists to make money. I don’t want to put our children at risk of living in a communist society.
I have said it before and I will say it again. The last election was a let down for many out there. We are sorry - but it’s time to move on. Calling names doesn’t solve things. We need accountabiliy. Take for instance the Dinkins Administration in New York City. Times Square was unliveable, welfare ran rampant, with women having child after child solely for the purpose of securing more funds. Welfare Workers themselves collected hundreds of thousands of dollars while denying the money to people who applied. amd were truly in need. Hundreds of thousands in tax returns to these same people who did apply for Federal Aid were held by the IRS to recoup the money the workers stole.
In steps Guiliani...complete reform and a viable society. We can’t judge by party affiliation, we must look to the greater good, long term goals and if necessary sacrifice. Is it viable with our dependancy on other nations for fuel to have a 17 year old, who is an only child, driving an SUV because it looks cool?
There are simple and viable solutions. What happens to workers when a CEO tells them that they can not have a raise because the company is doing poorly but the CEO plans a $20,000.00 golf tournament for his top execs? The company no longer exists. Rather than outsourcing work to save money how about instituting training programs for displaced workers that are really viable. Let Americans take back American Industry. Let the CEO earning 400,000.00 a year take a salary cut and put the money back into the company for the greater good. But no one is willing to look at that.
It is time for change, but I don’t think that putting ourselves deeper into debt is the answer, and further focusing on the IT’S ALL ABOUT ME perspective is out of the question.
get over it,we have never been this far in debt before,or had this many dead end minimum wage jobs, face it,republicans can’t cut it,they only think of thier selves and thier money. they are no help to the american people. since the useless bush has been in the high chair, fuel, food, insurance, and the whole cost of living has sky rocketed ,thanks bush.. wat an useless pos. wat has not gone up is the wage for the blue collar worker. and minimum wage does not count, you cannot survive on that, and why did bush let b. ladin go? and start the war with iraq? iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. wat a waste of american lives,it had nothing to do with 9/11 when clinton was in office,I made great money, no one can tell me different,my bank statements tell the story.bush is in office, fuel ,homeowners insurance, house taxes skyrocket, and now after working 38 years and paying in taxes,Im getting foreclosed on,thanks again bush, you useless pos. I guess theres just good money to be made in war..
the need of the few outweigh the need of the many, thats the republican way. and your right, its time for a change. when bush got elected in 2002 I told everyone I know that we see each other in the soup line. Im not far from that now, the usa has had enough experince with republican leaders, evryone should have known better from past experince. I used to be middle class.

I’m sory for you. My is used so any times in this paragraph it is obvious where your interests lie. Good Luck BTW - I am a sngle Mother, earning close to $24,000.00 year. I support my daughter on that. So - no I’m not rich, though I grew up upper-middle class. Yes, with hard work and determination someay it may be more, but that doesn’t mean I need to give up a 4 cylnder car, nor does it mean I need to “come off it” and compromise my standards or ideals. Sorry - but you can’t change this mind! Aother FYI -my cousin as a democratic politician in New York in the 70-s & 80s - so I was a democrat at one time. My father was also President of a Labor Union. Money yes - but at what sacrifice of ethics?

By the way, you don’t need to use foul language to get a point across. Nor do your bank statements dictate the way a country should be governed. Stop the mud slinging and name calling. That is for second graders, not adults. That applies to thought process too.

America needs a “Right Of Return” law! Terrorists / would be terrorists / bumbling college students cruising near military bases with pipe bombs should be tried, given one appeal, and then executed. THEIR FAMILIES: MOTHER, FATHER, SISTERS, BROTHERS, WIVES AND CHILDREN, SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY DEPORTED TO THE COUNTRY FROM WHICH THEY OR THEIR ANCESTORS CAME. Enough of letting these killers / wanna be killers (and the families who are complicit) stay safely in our great country. Switzerland is working towards deporting the families of all alien criminals, as well as deporting the criminals after they have served their jail term. WE HAVE PLENTY OF MUSLIM TERRORISTS IN AMERICA, WE DON’T NEED TO KEEP THESE FAMILIES TO BREED MORE.
Oh. please, spare us the tears in this sympathy drenched victim piece. This is the same paper that was a shill for Sami Al Arain. These two jihadi joyriders had transported pipe bombs out of state to a vicinity seven mile from a navy brig, a detention center that housed terrorists. Many of the 9/11 murderers were students here at one time too. It’s a good and easy cover to use.
Perhaps I’m alone in not buying that pieces of this article don’t add up like the prisoner meeting with family in a chapel? It rings as improbable, not really the standard protocol of any prison I’m familiar with. Weaving in “The Last Supper” is just too cloyingly ridiculous. What was a serious threat to the public, behavior that smacks of terrorism with the basic facts at hand, has been turned into a “victims” shill piece.

well spud, where I come from, the paychecks determin how the family is going to eat,and pay the bills,by your post you were probly born with a silver spoon,or your job and wages are not affected by some idiot in charge of the economy.if you were a blue collar worker you would know the difference of of the bank statements at the end of the month,so do everyone a favor by not post a reply on things you know nothing about.you would have to be affected by the economy to really know whats going on in most households.and I reread my post, where do you see curse words, idiot is not a curse word, besides, thats the only word that I can think of to describe what someone like bush has done to this country.and I heard no reply on this war bush has us in that has nothing to do with 9/11, bush got your tounge?or the large amount of minimum wage jobs,or the homeless ans elderly, how about all the illegals coming over here on his watch?or how much republicans help with the sick, and people without medicalcare,or how deep in debt theUSA is since bush has been in the high chair. or the repiublican senator hitting on guys in public restrooms, wat a joke.
bottom line is that I,and many others made good money when republicans are not in office, and we had offices open with proper funding that take care of the elderly and sick and homeless, all the republicans do is knock down the middle class, and kill the programs that help the needy. see you at the polls in 2008, universal health care in 2009, anymore homo republicans out there that need to step down??
If you are so worried about government offices being open with proper funding, and you support the Democrats so much, you are probably some kind of welfare sleaze who expects the governement to take care of you. Or you are some youngster with lots of idealism who hasn’t lived long enough to find out what sort of government really works. However, since you talk about “making good money”, you are probably not a youngster. In case you haven’t noticed, Republicans support business, and business supplies JOBS, and jobs provide “good money”, benefits, etc. The stock market goes up, increasing your pension and 401K. Etc.
If you think universal health care is so wonderful, why do you think thousands of Canadians cross our borders into northern states, just begging our doctors to help them and willing to pay whatever it takes?? Cuba has wonderful, free health care, but hundreds risk their lives on a raft to get here. Who do you think is going to PAY for this wonderful universal health care plan you espouse?? Working stiffs like you and me. Can you say 60% tax rate. I just read recently that many British citizens are leaving England, which also has universal health care, and that England is being taken over by foreigners, especially of the Muslim persuasion.
I was an idealist (and a Democrat) back in the 60’s when I was very young and didn’t know how things really work. I have lived long enough to see most all communism and a lot of socialism disappear, after years of making people suffer. I recently retired (early, thanks to the Republicans and a good 401K), and I am here to tell you that I NEVER made good money and was laid off more than once when the Democrats were in power. I remember getting in gasoline lines before dawn back in the 70’s, all for one gallon of gas as it was being rationed during the Carter years. I remember 16% mortgage interest loans during the Democrat “reigns of terror”. I am not fond of Mr. Bush, but I hope a Democrat never gets back in power, as I am now living on a fixed income and can’t AFFORD 60% tax rates.
Yes, I’ll see you at the polls. I have no idea who will run, but I would vote for the elephant before I would ever vote for Hillary or Obama.
no.never been on welfare before, not a sleeze ethier Im just not a cold fish that only cares about myself and turns my back on my american brothers and sisters that are in need of help, all for the love and greed of the almighty buck. the bible teaches that we are to take care of the poor and each other,do you believe in our lord??are you a comunist?and the earlier post you said about bush running this country, not running,RUINING this country, and thanks to him were in hock to the chinese for 50% of our debt, they hold the bank notes. tell me in all honesty what bush or the republicans have done for this country other than put it deep into debt, hike the total cost of living, knock off the decent paying blue collar jobs, which caused lots of americans to be out of work,or forced to take a minimum wage job that nobody could survive on, bush sent 1000’s of american teens to die in iraq for a war that had nothing to do with 9/11, not secure our borders, especially during the war were in,hike the fuel prices with the oil co’s making record profits, let the insurance co’s rob and rape the american people, and juliano, has been divorced 3 times and has been caught cheating on his wife, and the republicans want him to run for the high chair?? clinton never has been divorced and cheated on his wife once, and the republicans took him into impeachment trials, why are the republicans wanting juliano to run??should’nt he step down ??(its the republican way...) are these ways stopping you from making you a multimillionaire?? back to to subject, what has bush done for this country??

Oh, please, all you seem to care about in your posts is yourself. Your bank statements, your blue collar wage, your foreclosure, etc. Guess you shouldn’t have bought the McMansion on an ARM loan, paying only interest, etc., huh? It’s called living within your means. Abby_304 already took you task about your repeated use of “me” and “my”. Your said she was probably born with a silver spoon AFTER she already told you she makes $24K a year and is a single mother. What’s wrong with you that all you can do is rave about Bush and blame him for all of your problems? I already said I don’t like him and think he has done a poor job in many respects. But I won’t go vote for universal health care (socialized medicine!) or any other Democrat give-away programs. Whenever the government “runs” something, it turns into a mess. I don’t want them “running” my health care, thank you very much. No, I’m not a communist—I’m taking you to task for speaking up for socialist, communistic ideas like universal health care, so I am definitely against such ideas. Like most Democrats, all you can do is name-call and mud-sling and hope that people won’t notice that your party has no real ideas. Yes, I believe in God—most Republicans do. It’s YOUR party that contains all the athiests, secular humanists, etc. Guiliani was a wonderful mayor, and I think he would be good in the “high chair”. All you can say is that he cheated on his wife. Remember what the Bible says about casting the first stone and about not judging lest you be judged.
All of this is off topic from the Muslim teenagers, which started this forum. But I just couldn’t let the BS you were throwing go without a response.
Im not the only blue collar worker,or the only one that is affected by bush, and I hav’nt heard what bush has done for this country, can you tell me?? can anyone tell me?? WHAT HAS BUSH DONE FOR THIS COUNTRY?? EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN PLACED IN THE HIGH CHAIR IS SUPPOSED TO DO SOME GOOD BY THIER RULINGS AND NEW LAWS, I HAVE TO REPETE MYSELF,WHAT HAS BUSH DONE FOR THIS COUNTRY??
It is obvious that this is no longer an arguement worth fighting. A silver spoon by no means. I have worked from the time I was 16, although my family was upper middle class. I work every day, and would much rather my daughter see a low salary than to have her know what it is to use food stamps.
I don’t agree with everything Bush does. No one person can agree with everything another does for we are all individuals. There is a higher purpose and opening one’s mind to different perspectives is part of life. When we cease to learn we cease to live.
There is an old saying “The man who lives by the word of the newspaper is less well read than he who reads nothing at all”.
If an American were caught in another country doing something like this they would torture and behead, dragging bodies through the streets in celebration. Here, we feed them, clothe them, tend to their medical care.
I attended 25 funerals, all friends and co-workers after September 11, 2001. Some we knew and loved were never found. Empty caskets were buried. This took place in Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and New York City. My point here was twofold. The reporter was extremely insensitive to those who lived through this nightmare closely, and to all Americans who value their country.
Secondly, NO MORE VISAS - Period. The borders need to be closed and responsibility taken.
We can’t judge an entire party by the behavior of one person. That would be like saying “All democrats are rednecks that watch football with a hand down the front of their pants, and a beer in the other”. Not true. I know some democrats who are quite refined and well off.
There is a unit in Iraq that is called Team Gonzo - eight members, eight purple hearts, a collective medal of valor, seizure of 5 weapons caches, arrests of over 300 insurgents are some of the accomplishments to their credit.
American reporters never wrote one word about that. What we hear is “Farmer Joe left his barn door open and a cow got out and then a bull followed, gored a innocent bystander but it is Bush’s fautlt”.
Personal responsibility and accountability are not considered anymore. Abuela thank you for getting me back on task and out of the viscious circle!

bush should be capitalized, you have 3 run on sentences, hav’nt is spelled haven’t, can should be capitalized, thier is spelled their and repete is correctly spelled repeat.
Sadly, it appears that the Muslim community has done a poor job of policing itself. While other segments of our free society do not exercise this option, the followers of Islam are a close knit, some say even clannish, group of people to whom outsiders are not welcome. So if they do not wish to have US Marshals utilizing dynamic entry with no-knock warrants, then perhaps they should start to yank on the leash of the more radical elements within their house, instead of crying about the pain and how unfair it is that they are all treated like terrorists.

Enough said!
JUST WAT I THOUGHT,NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT GOOD BUSH HAS DONE FOR THIS COUNTRY,EVERYONE BYPASSES THE QUESTION.
