It became obvious that the Colts were not due to lose at this point in the season by halftime. They are still bound to lose at least a couple before regular season is out but it just wasn’t their time yet yesterday.
Anyway.that was probably the best team on this season’s schedule. They played better and deserved to win. We don’t play them again in regular season until 2011. So lets move on.
I remember how the 1999 team was beaten 45-0 late in the season out in Oakland, but still finished 11-5 and went as far as the NFC Championship Game that season.

Always the first to say when I’m right...I can also admit when I’m wrong. We lost, we did not keep it close, although we did have some good looks out there. The positives was the emergence of Tanard Jackson (not gaines adams as I predicted), the pass protection held up (the run game failed), and Garcia was still able to maintain enough composure to not drop 3 INTs (as ANY other of our backups would’ve done). Speaking of drops, Joey Galloway dropped two consecutive BIG play balls. We didn’t convert enough third downs and allowed them to convert too many. It’s a L in the Loss column whether it’s the defending Super Bowl Champions or Jefferson’s JV squad. 3-2 Still in possesion of the divison lead and back home where we hold a significant advantage this year ( have you heard the crowd this year?!) RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUD! ! ! Go Bucs! Just don’t make me suffer through that again, lol.

Dear DumbAzz,

You whole post is garbage.  1.  The pats haven’t beaten us in three years.
Ta Ta losers,

HorsesAzz

Too bad you decided to run off before I could reply to your ridiculous post which as usual is not based in fact and full of trash talking.

You do like to mouth off, don’t you?  At least I get my facts right.
Fact in 2004: week 1, Colts 24, Pats 27 - Colts lost
Fact in 2005, week 9, Colts 40 Pats 21 - Colts won
Fact: In 2006, week 9, Colts 20 Pats 27 - Colts lost (Yes, you won the playoff game)

So in the last three years, regular season, the “fantastic” Colts are a mediocre 1-2.  Include the playoffs, and it gets to .500.  That is not unbeaten in three years, no matter how you measure it.  Like I said, wait until you play the Patriots then come back and hammer me if you like IF they win.  Dungy has trouble with certain types of teams, and most have trouble with the Patriots.

Yes, the defense fell from 5th to 9th, but even despite the collapse in the second half, they still are among the top defenses in the NFL.  If the Titans come close to scoring 33 points I will be surprised.

Yes, your team beat the Bucs and enjoy that win.  Your team is better this year, and as a rule, the AFC right now is better than the NFC for the most part (exception: AFC West).
