The Federalized Real ID Act is scary,

The fact is has no other than to keep track on innocent law bidding US citizens, for our Government and Homeland Security keeping records of every thing we do in the US.

Marketers having free access to our private data stored on the RF Chip Real ID Drivers Licenses.

President Bush was tricky by having congress sign the War Fund, by including the Real ID into the War Fund, which Congress can not deny any President.

President Bush Overlooked the Tenth Amendment, when signing this into law

Quote: Amendment X

the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people!

“The States & the People must decide if this Federalized Real ID act is lawful for our citizens”
.

Homeland Security was given the right to do searches and imprison anyone without a trial for indefinitely…
Ignoring our 4Th amendment rights
As a Microsoft Engineer for the last 18 years, I have seen the change in technology.
& seen the good some of the newer technology can do for mankind…

Newer technology also can be used for criminals seeking an easy paycheck, or a terrorist act against us.
I have been witness to businesses and people that became ID theft victims, and businesses
that ignored their engineers in how to keep there clients data safe.

This Real ID will not stop Identity theft or terrorism…
Using this RF ID, identity theft will only triple and become a heyday for hackers that can decrypt the information using a decipher program that has 256 Encryption.

Monster.com was hacked. Our DOD Email was hacked...Monster.com had in place 256 encrypted files…
Nothing is impossible for experienced hackers, as long as encryption is written by a programmer, criminal programmers can decipher it.

As Microsoft Engineer, and any seasoned MS Engineer will tell you, if your RF ID is scanned onto any servers data base there too is an issue about securing your data from a disgruntled
employee.
The highest threat is not from hackers alone, but low paid employees working around sensitive data stored on any businesses server.

In example one of our national video rental stores your personal data, that the clerks has access too…
They keep record of your credit card, driver’s license street address.
Most of these clerks are honest Americans working their way through college, making the minimum wage,
What happens is someone offers money for their records, it may be hard times for this low paid employee?

Selling stolen corporate information is a very profitable business for criminals,
breaking and entering a home or business has dropped significantly because it is easier for a hacker to break into a data base or your home computer.

Any criminal with a pocket radio scanner transceiver, will be able to get to your personal data when standing right next to you without your knowledge.
Or if this idiot decides to do you in, he can delete all of the info stored on it, causing you to become a nobody.

Levis Straus had the same device hidden under the back pocket leather ID tag,
tracking their sales of the jeans; problem was it also had the purchaser’s info on it.
Levis stopped embedding the RF Chip on their jeans after public outrage and loss of sales.

Credit card company’s will eventually implement laws that require you to use your RF ID along with your credit card that is slid through a scanner before your buy gas, after you see a doctor, eat out with the family.

Do I sound Paranoid? Maybe I am because we are a society with cameras almost everywhere now, face recognition is not fully developed yet but in the next decade it will be.

What is the answer to securing your information Securing your data that hackers can not access without your body’s BIO Information(Eyes or Thumb Print) Stored on a special data base the recognizes your
Body’s BIO only.
Big brother already knows my where about...I don t want criminal hacker stealing my personal information by taking it to China, where they can duplicate a fake “Real ID or Drivers License” with my information on it.

Tell our government to leave us alone…

Terrorism has been going on for thousand of years, this will not stop terrorism, and both terrorist had the Real ID passports that slammed into the 9-11 towers.

Making our DMV Employees act like our INS or border patrol, determine who is a legal citizen should not be left up to them.

Real ID will cause long lines, frustration & panic and angry people at our dept. of motor vehicles due to the required documents needed to get the Real ID.

Any US citizen on Warfare, Social Security, Medicare, Family’s receiving deceased veterans military pay will be required to have the Real ID or Real ID drivers License before cashing there checks.

No US bank will allow money with drawls or opening of a new account without the Real ID.

No Auto insurance without the Real ID.  They will then have access to any past information
of any ticket on record in the entire US. Raising your insurance even more.

Health insurance providers will require using it like our Social Security (SS# where not intended for ID)
Then have full access to all of your present and past health…

They have found that these chips cause cancer, but they really don’t care.
And they want to chip your dog too.  And those chips have been found to move and cause problems.

They have been tracking animals with various devices for years under the guise of wildlife conservation.  It makes for interesting TV shows, but this was all just an experiment to see how it would work on humans.

I brought this up some time ago.
The folks here didn’t believe it.  Their minds just couldn’t grasp such a thing as real.  They are so matrixed.

Mark of the Devil, OMG here we go AGAIN...........

Can somebody come up with something else this time.....

I can’t believe the Bleepin Truth....would stoop so far as to drag out that old nugget.  If you really want the Bleepin Truth, stop believing in fairy tales and take some responsibility for what is going on.

If you don’t like the “chip” do something...protest....write your congress / state reps.  SOMETHING.  Instead of blaming it on the “devil”.  It is PEOPLE that do bad things not the devil.  Just like the old adage, People kill people, not guns.

Not to mention...HELLO, maybe kidnapping of children will stop, or people with Alzheimer’s wont be able to wander off and die because nobody gives a HOOT that a senile old person is wandering around.  Or heck, maybe murders wont be able to HIDE the body and get away with murder anymore.

Look at the bright side.

I will not accept the Government Knowing everything I do, from Buying, Gas, Food, prescriptions, & Taking the Family out to dinner.

This is what information and technology with that chip will do whenever you slide it through any remote scanner your information will be sent to Homelands Security’s Data Base.

Now on the other hand, if you want to discuss the real id, yeah, this kind of thing has never been done before in america.  It brings over 200 million Americans under a uniformly defined way of identifying each and every one of them.

First of all, they take an in-place system, which was originally used simply to make sure you can DRIVE properly, then they attach all the subsequent stuff (insurance, photo id, check writing etc.) they can, and it becomes an important piece of identifying paper.

Now we have chip technology and the stakes get higher.  Lots and lots of information can be stuffed into this one card.

Course the states will have to do their job and keep your information up-to-date.  If they don’t, you are gonna lose some work days sorting it all out.  Currently, the proposed rule does not make states accountable for the personal information they are required to collect and they REALLY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, given their history of ineptitude.

Despite everyone’s best efforts, errors will occur and it will be necessary for people to have those errors corrected. The proposed rule does not contemplate such errors. WHAT??????  Now is that stupid or what?  And they should also provide you with a notice of what they are doing with your infomation.

At a minimum, the privacy notices should include:
• Details of personal information collected
• Details of data processing verifying collected data, including the source data against which the
collected data is verified
• Personal information stored, including the retention period
• Purposes for which information is collected, used, retained, and disclosed to others; specified
purposes should be clear, limited and relevant
• Safeguards used to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or compromise
• Procedures by which individuals will be notified of changes to information management
practices, including the ability to opt‐out, as appropriate
• Methods employed to assure compliance with the stated practices such as monitoring, audits,
and compliance verification
• Mechanisms for complaints and redress, including available processes for individuals to utilize

That individuals are able to look at their information held by others is an accepted privacy principle. This principle includes providing YOU with the ability to question and to correct inaccuracies in personal information collected and stored by others. Currently, the proposed rule does not require states to provide that access.

and here is the “scary part” if you will......

The proposed rule does not require states to implement controls that would limit the purpose
for which information is collected and limit the use of that information to the stated purposes.

Commercial entities have already begun exploiting this low‐cost retrieval process and are generally gathering more information than is needed for their purpose. To make things worse, there is the likelihood that certain data will be used beyond the limited purpose for which it was gathered.

In the end, and this is stated goal DHS,on the subject of REAL ID, envisions a ʺfederatedʺ system, with different parties playing different roles in partnership.

and that my friends is our preamble to fascism.

I actually found this hilarious.....

Will a national database be created that stores information about every applicant?

No. The REAL ID Act and these regulations do not establish a national database of driver information. States will continue to collect and store information about applicants as they do today. The NPRM does not propose to change this practice and would not give the Federal government any greater access to this information.

who comes up with these questions?  Of course there WILL be a national database, if you believe there will not be then why does the DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY WANT REAL ID.  lol.

also, you can thank republicans and the Bush admin for this current foray into our privacy and into fascism…

here is just one of them......heh

Rep. Tom Davis (R-Va.), ranking Republican on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, applauded the security requirements of the act and the proposed rule. But he expressed some reservations over the costs.

“The regulations come almost two years after the law was passed and not much more than one year before the May 2008 deadline for state-issued documents to meet the more stringent standards,” he said. “Some states will need more time to reconfigure their systems, and many will need help meeting the start-up costs attributable to Real ID implementation.”

Forget Encryption!
[b any Script kiddy (Hacker), and can tell you this Information on the chip, will be a hey day for business firms looking to market their products.
Forget encryption...since encryption is written by human hands, humans are always looking for easy ways to exploit technology with hacking through encryption.

We are becoming more and more like Germany was in the 40s...PAPERS PAPERS…
Most American’s have buried their heads in the sand, letting big brother micromanage us, and run over us.
Bush signing an executive order before leaving office, that our troops stay in Iraq for 50 years, is just the tip of the iceberg.
Are we a democracy, Free Society, or is our government ran by a dictator?

I know its a long post, but if you have time…

‘’Papers, please’: I smell the long-forgotten rot of fascism’
by Doris Colmes SmirkingChimp.com
Entered into the database on Thursday, June 02nd, 2005 @ 17:46:05 MST

Those were the magic words of the time: “Papiere, Bitte.” (Translation: “Papers, Please.") Hearing those words, even now, causes dull echoes of sounds akin to bodies hitting dirt, or bullets penetrating flesh to thud into my mind. Because, if those papers weren’t correctly in order, or, if you were a Jew sneakily present in any place (including the grocery store) which displayed the usual “NO JEWS OR DOGS ALLOWED” sign, you were dead meat--literally. And, yes, of course I’m talking about my childhood as a little Jewish kid in Nazi Germany.

No one ever forgets stench. Whether it is a long-forgotten encounter with a ripe skunk, or a ripe egg, or a ripe decomposing body, once one of those odors has been brain-documented, then even the slightest tinge of such an aroma pops back up immediately, along with the circumstances under which it first offended the nostrils.

And, that’s what’s happening now. I smell the long-forgotten skunk, the long-forgotten rot of fascism. What is happening all around can no longer be denied. What I ran away from so desperately in 1938 is coming back full circle. Only the jack-boots have not yet arrived. America quite literally saved my life. The love and gratitude deep in my heart for this country will never go away. But I’m scared now. Haunted by deep fear for the generations to come, who may wind up as I did—looking over their shoulders, scurrying for cover, mute with terror. And it hurts.

Think I’m some kinda elderly nut-job neurotically manufacturing dictatorship? Well, let’s look at the 82 billion dollar defense bill passed just a few weeks ago, which (with a vote tally of 100 to 0) had the Real ID Act hidden inside it…

This ID will be based on driver’s license applications, although it isn’t just for driving. Just like the infamous “Internal Passport” of Nazi Germany, no one will need it unless needing to fly, cash checks, apply for jobs, walk the streets, enter federal buildings—or drive. As stated in TIME magazine on May 15, 2005, “If you are a wealthy recluse with liquid assets, it doesn’t concern you.” Everyone else better watch out! Well, maybe that wealthy recluse had better watch out also. After all, he/she might be of a forbidden religion, or of suspicious racial origin.

Legal “ID Theft” and legal “illegal surveillance?” [1] The Real ID Act links driver’s licenses of all states, creating a data base including the private details of every single U.S. citizen. It mandates that your driver’s license share a common machine-readable digital photo of you, all the better to track your every movement. It hands the federal government unfunded mandate power to dictate what data all states must collect for license holders, including everything from fingerprints to retinal scans”. And, if you don’t drive, you’ll still need to submit to the national ID card. How else, after all, will the cop who doesn’t like the shape of your face, or the fact that you are (God Forbid) wearing a turban get to arrest you? Yes, “Papiere Bitte” has come home to roost.

And, folks, that’s only the beginning. More technically sophisticated techniques will be implemented as they occur. If the Nazis had had electronic surveillance, phone bugging and all else that the Patriot Act not only condones but advises, there would have been an even tighter grip on the populace.

After all, the Patriot Act is modeled directly after Gestapo methods: Those 3:00 AM home intrusions—without warrant or reason for arrest—will get our undesirable “domestic terrorists” straight to the nearest version of Guantanamo with no need for trial. The USA is currently building thirty seven “detention centers” nationwide, and they’ll soon be filled with persons who protest too much, or are simply of the wrong nationality. After all, it worked very well in Germany, successfully eliminating Jews, Gypsies, and anyone willing to stand up, and refuse to “Hail Hitler.”

What’s next? Well, it’s already happening: The Geneva Conventions were initiated after WW II to prevent the insane war crimes and crimes against humanity perpetrated by Nazi Germany from ever happening again. Now, with blithe disregard of all of the above, the U.S.A. not only institutes torture (not just physical, but deliberately mental and emotional) on its prisoners, but actually exports these folks to countries in which such torture is governmentally approved. What the U.S. domestic prison system has kept hidden for years, is now right out there for everyone to applaud. How long it will take before the prison guards tie together the legs of a woman in labor and then make bets on how long it will take her to die? After all, that’s what guards did for fun in Nazi Germany. Abu Ghraib, anyone?

So, you ask, “If that’s all true, why doesn’t the media expose it all?” Now, that’s such a classic example of Nazi strategy, it’s almost funny. The Nazis took over the media, folks. No newspaper published a single sentence without governmental approval, and propaganda was fed to the populace instead of news. Sound familiar? A TIME magazine article, (April, 2005), gave illustrated examples of how the current administration administers this process.

And, last but certainly not least, the Nazis took over the German government in its entirety with one simple maneuver: They simply took over the courts. You know, like it’s happening right now, today, even as we speak: Our filibuster was busted, and those neo-con activist judges are a-sittin’ on the bench, ready to take over the Supreme Court. Because, once that Supreme Court is co-opted, hey, driver’s license ID cards are gonna be the least of our worries.
